Agreement on construction of infrastructure in Lubango city signed

Luanda - The contract for the construction of the integrated infrastructure in the city of Lubango, Huíla province, was signed on Tuesday, in a ceremony attended by the Minister of Urbanism and Housing, Branca do Espírito Santo, and the minister of Finance, Archer Mangueira.

The work is valued at USD 212,682,926.83 (two hundred and twelve million, six hundred and eighty-two thousand, nine hundred and twenty six dollars and eighty three cents) and will be executed within 36 months by the consortium of contractors Omatapalo and IMOSUL.

This work is under the supervision of the Ministry of Urbanism and Housing.

The contract was signed by the national director for Urban Infrastructures of the Ministry of Urbanism and Housing, Fernando Francisco, and Carlos Alberto Loureiro Alves and Silvestre Tulumba Kapose, representatives of the consortium of contractors, respectively.

The ceremony was also attended by the provincial governor of Huila, João Marcelino Typinge, and the Secretary of State for Urban Planning, Nhanga Kalunga de Assunção.
