Sumbe - Angola's Construction minister Artur Fortunato announced Wednesday in the resumption of the upgrading of integrated infrastructures.

The governor announced this at construction award ceremony of 2,500 social houses and the new 24km road in Sumbe, coastal Cuanza Sul province.
According to him, the project is part of Public Investment Programme for 2017/2019, but he would not mentioned the amount to be spent on the project.
In turn, the deputy governor for technical area and infrastructure, Demetrio Sepúlveda, said the requalification of the city will improve its sanitation condition.
The rehabilitation works of Sumbe city entails repair of roads, sidewalks, drainage ditches, sewers, kerbs, pipeline network and water distribution.
In Ebo municipality, the minister also awarded works in Conde/Ebo and Cariango/Mussende Conde/Ebo and Cariango/Mussende sections.
