Moxico: Finance minister checks social undertakings
Luena - Finance minister Archer Mangueira last Wednesday checked some social undertakings in the eastern Moxico Province, during which the provincial governor explained his executive?s priorities in terms of social interventions.

Governor Gonçalves Muandumba pointed out the insufficient number of schools, progression of ravines, unfinished public buildings and the bad state of some main roads being priority situations that need immediate intervention.
He also underscored that the education sector in the province has been facing serious problems, such as the insufficient number of schools, didactic material and teachers.
The governor seized the occasion to appeal to the Finance Ministry for financial assistance with tackling the progression of ravines in the province.
The Finance minister, Archer Mangueira appeased the governor and pledged to provide immediate support to social interventions in this eastern province, mainly in sectors like education, health, basic sanitation, roads, the ravines situation, energy and water.
