New housing project in Dundo, Lunda Norte province

The head of the company, which owns the right to sell housing built by the state, explained that the apartments suffered minor internal damage, such as breaking into doors, windows, toilets and taps.

He also said that the institution will ask the company to take responsibility for the security of the property because, according to him, it is their responsibility to ensure protection of buildings not delivered, as the contract provides.

As for the flood of the stores in the rainy season, Rui Cruz guaranteed the implementation of the drainage project to solve the problem.

He recalled that Imogestim intends to conclude this sales process and the lease of all the dwellings of Dundo’s satelity city by the end of this year.
