Covid-19: Minister reiterates appeal on security measures
Ondjiva - The minister of Social Action, Family and Promotion of Women, Faustina Inglês de Alves, reiterated last Monday in Ondjiva, in the southern Povince of Cunene, the importance of citizens being aware of the measures to combat and prevent covid-19.

According to the minister, that was speaking to the press after she arrived in Cunene for a four-day working visit, the Angolan government is still strong on its focus of fighting against the covid-19 pandemic, safeguarding the greater good of citizens, that is life.
“Each citizen must play their role, complying with the preventive measures imposed by the State of Calamity and those citizens in quarantine must observe and endure a little more, because what is at stake is human life ”, she stressed.
Faustina Alves reminded that following the measures of prevention must not be ignored, as it avoids the spread of the virus.
The government official, who is in Cunene to assess the population's social situation in Covid-19's period, referred that the success in combating the disease will be the result of everyone's efforts.
During her stay in the province, Faustina Inglês will visit the Municipality of Curoca and Cuanhama.
Cunene Province currently has 196 citizens in institutional quarantine and 164 in household quarantine.
