The testing took place under the initiative of the Multi-sectoral Commission to Combat Covid-19, in partnership with the Provincial Mass Media Office in Huila.

The journalists tested in this first stage belong to Televisão Publica de Angola (TPA), Nacional Radio of Angola (RNA), Angola News Agency (ANGOP) and the radio stations Mais, ISPI, 2000, Eclésia and Maranata.

Speaking to the press, Luís Garrido, director of the Provincial Media Office in Huíla, welcomed the initiative, as it will help to detect and prevent the disease around the media professionals.
