Covid-19: Authorities urge population to redouble prevention
Moçâmedes- The spokesman for the multi-sectoral provincial commission of Namibe, Coríntios Miguel, Saturday urged the population of Kamucuio municipality to redouble preventive measures to avoid the spread of the Covid-19.

Speaking to Angop, Corintios Miguel said the municipality has already three positive cases of asymptomatic people, while there are still 21 suspected cases and 51 citizens under home quarantine.
The official also called on the young mobilizers to continue the awareness campaigns, passing on information on the mandatory use of the mask, hand washing, disinfecting with alcohol gel and social distancing.
"The best way to prevent this is the mandatory use of the mask, the constant washing of hands and the fulfilment of physical distancing in commercial places, bus stops, churches," he added.
