Over 80 entrepreneurs benefited from PAPE credit
Luena - At least 88 entrepreneurs, of the 100 trained in the eastern province of Moxico, benefited Friday from micro-credit worth 320,000 kwanzas each, as part of the Action Plan for the Promotion of Employment (PAPE).

The credit was preceded by the signing of a protocol by Ministry of Public Administration, Labour and Social Security (MAPTSS) and Banco Sol, during a ceremony witnessed by MAPTSS Minister, Teresa Dias.
Twenty entrepreneurs, who did not attend the technical-professional training, were also distinguished with professional portfolios during the launching ceremony of the three-month grace period credit.
They exceptionally exercise the specialties of agriculture, carpentry and tailoring.
As for the impact of PAPE, the MAPTSS minister appealed to the beneficiaries to better manage the assigned values, with a view to encouraging other training actions and reach more people in need.
She recalled that the problem of unemployment is not solved only with social programmes, but with projects and dynamics of economies to minimize the situation.
At the end PAPE ceremony launch, Teresa Dias delivered 15 kits from the specialties of beekeeping, agriculture, mechanics, carpentry, metalwork, cutting and sewing, milling and agricultural seeds.
The governor of Moxico, Gonçalves Muandumba, said at the launch of the PAPE micro-credit programme will help the province gains another job opportunity for young people in the region.
